How do I write a new message?
Click on New Message icon on top toolbar of Inbox.
How do I get the Inbox to automatically display when I login to my E-mail?
Click on Options / Login Tasks when in your Inbox area and change the top drop down menu to Inbox. Click Save Options.
How can I address an e-mail to more than 1 person?
To enter multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with commas. Use of any other punctuation to separate multiple email addresses will result in an error.
How do I add a person's e-mail address directly from my e-mail to my Address Book?

Click on the Address Book icon at the end of the e-mail address in the To: or CC: line of an e-mail. You should receive notification above Inbox saying that the entry was successfully added to the Address Book.

How do I attach a document or picture to my e-mail?

- Scroll down to the Attachments section at the bottom of the compose window, or click the Attachments icon.
- Click Browse to find the file you want to attach.
A window pops up to search for the file.
- Highlight the filename.
- Click Open. The file is displayed in the attachment text box; however, it is still not attached to the e-mail.
- Click on the Update button.
- Repeat as necessary for any additional files.
How do I open attachments?
1. From the Message Window, click the download icon. A dialog box will appear asking you whether you want to save or open the attachment.

2. Choose Open. As long as you have the necessary application to open it, (e.g. Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Excel) the attachment will open.
3. Choose
Save. The Windows Save As dialog box is displayed.
4. Navigate to the folder in which you would like to place the document, and then click Save. The attachment is saved as specified.
Downloading Attachments as a Zip File
Users now have the ability to download attachments as a zipped file. This is particularly useful if you have a slow connection or multiple attachments to download, as it will significantly speed up the download process.
To download an attachment as a Zip File:
1. From the Message Window, click the download (in .zip file) link. The Windows File Download dialog box appears.
2. Choose Save. The Windows Save As dialog box is displayed.
3. Navigate to the folder in which you would like to place the document, and then click Save. The attachment is saved as specified.
4. Open the file as you would any other file.
What is my e-mail quota and how do I know how much I've already used?
Your quota is 50 MB. This quota status bar is located at the top of your Inbox and tells you what your current e-mail mailbox size is and what percent have have current used of your total quota size.
